A restaurant site rescued, then rebuilt to be fast, safe, and effortless.
A restaurant locked out of its own slow, fragile website got it rescued, then rebuilt on a modern foundation that loads almost instantly, is far harder to attack, and needs no constant upkeep, with menu updates done the same day at no extra cost.
The challenge
Spiros Pizza and Pasta had a website they’d been locked out of: the person who built it had moved on, and no one could get back in. Once we recovered access, the deeper problems showed. The site was slow, it leaned on a stack of add-ons that each needed constant updating, and any one of them could break the site or open a door to attackers. On top of that, updating something as simple as a menu price took hours.
What we did
Back in control
First we rescued the site and got the restaurant access to their own website again, then took stock of everything holding it back.
Rebuilt to be fast
We rebuilt the site on a modern foundation. Instead of assembling every page from scratch each time someone visits, the pages are built ahead of time and served ready to go, so the site loads almost instantly on a phone or a laptop.
Far less to attack
The old setup had an admin login and a stack of add-ons, each one a potential way in. The new site has none of that, so there is simply far less that can be broken into.
Nothing to break on its own
No more add-ons quietly falling out of date and no surprise updates taking the site down. It keeps running without constant patching and babysitting.
Cheaper and steadier to run
A site built this way costs very little to host and stays online reliably, so there are no surprise bills and no unexpected downtime.
Menus that change in minutes
Now a price change or a new photo is a quick, same-day update, handled by us at no extra cost.
The result
- Back in control of their own website.
- A site that loads near instantly, on any device.
- A much smaller target, with far fewer ways for attackers to get in.
- No add-ons to update and no surprise breakages.
- Lower, more predictable hosting costs and reliable uptime.
- Menu and photo updates done the same day, at no extra charge.
