A clinic’s websites rebuilt, and its technology looked after from afar.
Holistique is Dr. Darvish’s clinic. After paying thousands for slow websites that were hard to maintain, they came to us to rebuild them. We now also look after the clinic’s network and email remotely, and handle whatever other tech support they need.
The challenge
Holistique, Dr. Darvish’s clinic, had paid a previous contractor thousands of dollars for websites that turned out slow and hard to maintain. The clinic’s network and email also had no one keeping an eye on them, which is a real concern for an office that handles patient information.
What we did
Faster, easier websites
We rebuilt the clinic’s websites on a modern foundation, so they load quickly and are simple to keep current, in place of the slow, costly ones they had.
One new piece of equipment
We installed a business-grade gateway, the device that sits between the clinic and the internet and controls what gets in. Everything else stayed as it was, so there was no disruption and no big equipment bill.
Network and email, managed remotely
With that gateway in place, we watch over and manage the clinic’s network from our end, and we run its email too: accounts, settings, and problems all handled without anyone needing to come in.
One call for everything else
Whatever else comes up, from a misbehaving computer to a new tool the staff want to use, the clinic has one local studio to ask, so the team can focus on patients instead of technology.
The result
- Fast, easy-to-update websites in place of slow, costly ones.
- A business-grade gateway protecting the clinic’s connection to the internet.
- The clinic’s network and email watched over and managed remotely.
- One local studio to call for any other tech support.
- No disruptive overhaul: one new device, and the rest kept as it was.

Barr-Tech Composting
Barr-Tech runs a large composting facility near Sprague, taking in organic material and shipping finished compost across Eastern Washington. We built them a custom system, Yard Intelligence, that connects to their scale and turns raw weigh-ins into clear dashboards, so the team can see who received how much compost, track what comes in and goes out, and reconcile it all with accounting.

H&M Custom Meat
Howard and Mia Larson run a family-owned custom butcher shop and aren’t tech people, so they had no website at all. We built them a fast one with clear prices and got them found on Google, so now the phone rings with real orders instead of price questions.

Creston Christian Church
Creston Christian Church started with a simple one-page website we built from a single visit. Working closely with Pastor Jae Rhee, we have since grown it into a full online home for the congregation: every sermon and column, 117 years of history, photo albums, a live Zoom link, and pages sized for older eyes.
