You're welcome to browse this site, read what's here, and get in touch. In return, we ask that you don't try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, and that you don't use it for anything unlawful.

The writing, images, logos, and design on this site belong to Mehrutherm LLC, unless noted otherwise. You're free to read and share links to it. Please don't copy or republish it as your own without asking us first.
What this site is and isn't
The articles and guides here are general information to help you make better decisions. They're not formal advice for your specific situation, and reading them doesn't start a working relationship between us. When we take on a project together, the actual terms live in a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs the work, not this page.
Text messaging
Our business number, (509) 351-2254, can send and receive text messages. If you text it, or opt in on our quote form, Mehrutherm LLC may text you back: answers to your questions, scheduling, and updates about your request or project. It's a conversation, not a mailing list, so message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you'll get one confirmation text and then nothing further. Reply HELP, or email hello@mehrutherm.com, if you need assistance. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number and messages is described in our privacy policy.
No guarantees on the site itself
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. We can't promise it will always be online, error-free, or up to date, and we're not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on the site or from it being unavailable. Links to other websites are there for convenience; we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Mehrutherm LLC isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. This doesn't limit anything that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
